Job Description
) 提供生产工艺流程并指导员工正确执行 Provide production process flow and guide employees to implement it correctly.
2) 提供生产技术支持，进行生产数据分析并进行异常管理 Provide technical support in line and perform line data analysis for control management.
3) 分析改善活动的所有异常流程问题 Analyze all process issues for improvement activity.
4) 监督生产能力并及时改善 QCDS 生产线能力 Monitor production capacity and on time improve QCDS production line capacity
5) 更新维护生产、质量和安全 SOP Update and maintain production, quality and safety SOP.
6) 辅助生产进行控制在线 QCDS 的目标达成 Support production and control online QCDS meet target.
7) 与生产一起识别生产线的问题并快速开展改善活动 Together with production Identify line problem and carry out improvement activity speedy.
8) 提供每日/每周/每月的工艺和设备报告 Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly process and equipment report for management.
9) 执行上级/管理层分配的其他任务。 Perform other tasks assigned by superior/management.
