Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and operations to develop a social media and communication strategy that will elevate brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
Help set up and use robust tracking and analysis, to measure and report on performance for social media, and use these results to drive and refine experiments/optimisations
Build awareness and passion for the School of Careers brand amongst staff, partners, and future employees
Act as a brand guardian ensuring all content adheres to the School of Careers’s tone of voice and brand guidelines
Manage and take ownership of listening and publishing social media tools for School of Careers
Craft compelling and high-performing copy across a range of topics for different marketing activities including social, email, digital ads, search engines (SEO), and other internal and external collateral
Conceptualise, plan, and execute social and digital content across all channels with a well-articulated approach for growing followers, engagement, traffic, and customer acquisition
Work with external agencies (PR, Brand & Content) was relevant to developing engaging content
You’ll be working with mentors, suppliers, and contractors, negotiating rates and contracts.
You’ll be planning ahead and strategizing with the management team to produce education that is job-guaranteed and relevant to the industries’ needs.

Skills and Qualification of an Ideal Candidate:
Basic exposure/experience in education management.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
Strong administrative skills and an ability to meet deadlines
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Budget management and scheduling skills
Ambition and an ability to work on own initiative to accomplish tasks
Strong academic and extracurricular record.
