Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for real estate? We’re looking for a *Sales & Marketing Executive* to join our growing team in the *property rental management industry*!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct marketing activities to attract property owners
Study and assess potential properties for management
Acquire new properties for rental management
Meet with property owners, agents and investors to present our solutions
Handle negotiations, agreements, and signing processes
Provide excellent service and maintain relationships with property owners
Handle tenant inquiries and assist with bookings
Conduct property viewings and facilitate tenant selection
What We’re Looking For:
Strong sales & negotiation skills
Passion for real estate & property management
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
Prior experience in real estate, sales, or hospitality is a plus
